Who doesn’t love a little ice cream? Also who doesn’t love enjoying the best dessert in the world with the person you love most in the world? This two-part engagement session was so. much. fun. I loved how this engagement session combined an urban feel in downtown Colorado Springs and the gorgeous mountain scenery and natural beauty Colorado has to offer.

Justin & Lauren met me for some of the best ice cream in Colorado Springs, Josh & John’s. This kind of engagement photoshoot is unique, fun, and delicious. Simply holding the cone allows the ring to shine naturally. Plus, enjoying the treat together creates some natural moments that make the couple shine naturally too.

A Mountain Top Engagement Experience
A short drive to Woodland Park provides a stunning new view of Pikes Peak. What we couldn’t have ordered is the gorgeous fog that lined the valley which created this illusion of a lake that isn’t there but what backdrop it was!
This is a moment where love meets the wilderness, and every snapshot is an ode to the warmth and affection that binds hearts.
